Rich Mancini is a dynamic technology industry executive with a 27 year history of success helping technology companies and their alliance partners exceed their sales objectives through customized partnership programs, targeted sales force recruiting initiatives, just-in-time IT virtual bench alliances and flexible technology financing options.

Rich co-founded, built and ultimately sold a successful technology partner company (SSC/Execusource International) that implemented, integrated, customized and resold technologies from the largest IT vendors in the world including Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, Lotus, Sybase, HP, Dell, Cisco, Novell, etc.

Rich has personally sold large professional services deals and managed the operations for multiple concurrent complex multi-vendor/multi-partner projects performed for marquee customers including Baseline Financial Services/Thomson Reuters, Oppenheimer Funds, Gruntal and Company, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Berlex Labs, Sony, UJA Federation, SIAC and many others. Partners on these projects realized up to 60% profit margin on projects ranging from $30K to $6m+.

The cornerstone to Rich's success is his executive recruiting experience for many of the world's largest tech companies. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Compuware and many other technology vendors have contracted Rich and his recruiting firm, TD Magic, Inc., to build out their direct sales, partner sales, sales support, recruiting and IT consulting teams.
